1. Solid frame, new structure
The thick two-side wall panels and reinforced beams are combined into a solid frame, and the two side frames are connected, which has good shock resistance and stability, ensuring the high speed, wide width and low noise of the loom.
2. The rocking shaft intermediate support device
The rocking shaft adopts a solid shaft with a middle support device to improve the rigidity of the beating mechanism. Accurate and powerful beating during high-speed operation is the guarantee for weaving high-density fabrics.
3. Optimized beating structure
The beating structure optimized by computer has a short stroke and small vibration. The narrow width machine adopts a 4-section connecting rod beating that has won excellent evaluation in high-speed adaptability. The wide width machine side adopts a 6-section connecting rod beating with a lot of weft insertion time, so as to achieve stable beating during high-speed operation.
4. Energy-saving device The
auxiliary air bag, that is, the front upper support is close to the auxiliary nozzle, and the air supply distance is short, which is more suitable for high-speed operation and energy reduction.
5. The electronic warp feeding device
detects the total tension of the warp yarn through the tension sensor. The CPU processes the changes in the warp tension caused by the opening or loosening of the warp, the warp feeding, and the changes in the winding diameter of the warp beam, and instructs the servo motor to drive the warp beam, thereby maintaining a balanced tension during the working process, eliminating the sparse and dense gears at the start, and ensuring the balance and smoothness of the fabric. The use of a rigid frame, a large-diameter warp beam gear, and an internal oil-bathed active loosening drive shaft, etc., enables the loom to further achieve high speed and can more sensitively adapt to the weaving requirements of high-density fabrics.
6. The winding device
adopts two forms: mechanical continuous winding and electronic winding. Combined with electronic warp feeding, accurate forward and reverse rotation is very effective in preventing stalls.
7. The power and super-start motor
adopts today's advanced super-start motor, which can generate high output torque when the loom is started to increase the weft beating power of the shuttle. At the same time, a large-torque electromagnetic brake is used to increase the braking force, thereby preventing the generation of stalls and improving the product quality of the fabric.
